Rooms felt cramped and lacked natural light. limited evening dining options disappointed many. Noise from adjacent guests disrupted sleep at times.

Access to the bar and restaurant was limited due to a delayed flight, making it frustrating for those wanting an immediate meal after a long journey.

The gym was good, and the breakfast was nice, providing a great start to the day. The staff also gave helpful tips, like checking in my bag at the airline desk first to enjoy breakfast earlier, which was much appreciated.

The check-in queue was a bit long.
